members and we intend to keep it that way. We value freedom
of expression on our site but we do NOT guarantee the right
to free speech especially if it infringes on the rights of others.
UUCenter.com does not
permit children under the age of 13 to become members without
permission from their parents/guardian. We recommend that the
parents monitor their wards' activities, and check the information
he/she submits online. We are not responsible if any person(s)
disregard this warning and give out personal information online.
Members who want to use our free services and tools must agree
to accept our email messages as part of their free service.
We also require that whatever advertisement we place on the
pages not be removed. We email you only to give information

on our site or to inform you of specific user terms & conditions

The member is solely and fully responsible for any content
that you post on any area of our site. We do not review all
the contents sent to us. All data is automatically processed,
and posted as received. We strictly prohibit posting of the

pornography, and sexual material of a lewd, lecherous or obscene
nature and intent or that violates local, state and national

private information, content that promotes, encourages, or provides
instructional information about any illegal activities, any
software, information, or other material that contains a virus,
"Trojan Horse", "worm" corrupted data, or any other harmful
or damaging component, hate propaganda or hate mongering, swearing,
or fraudulent material or activity.

any third party brings a claim, lawsuit or other proceeding

link other than that provided/approved by UUCenter.com,
not displaying any advertisement, banner or link defined as
mandatory by uucenter.com, restricting access to your uucenter.com
page(s) or files only to users with passwords, using in the
registration of your UUCenter.com. membership an email account
that is not your own or that is or becomes inactive.
Sending unsolicited email using a uucenter.com address or containing
any reference to your uucenter.com home page, reproducing,
distributing, republishing or retransmitting material posted
by other uucenter.com members without the prior permission of
such members. We reserve the right to monitor, and to investigate
any complaints regarding any content of ANY uucenter.com members'
pages, and to take appropriate action if we find violations
of these Terms of Service.
Accordingly, you agree that UUCenter.com. will have the right
to access your site at any time, without advance notice. In
the case of any such complaint, UUCenter.com
reserves the right to remove the infringing content. You grant
to uucenter.com a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, nonexclusive,
worldwide, unrestricted license to use, copy, modify, transmit,
distribute, and publicly perform or display the submitted pages
or other content for the purposes of displaying such information

The formation, construction and interpretation of this
agreement shall be controlled by the laws of the State of California,
U.S.A, as such law applies to agreements between California
residents entered into and to be performed within California.
Any dispute relating to this agreement shall be subject to
the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts
in the State of California, U.S.A., and the parties agree to
submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction and venue
of these courts. uucenter.com reserves the right to change or
amend these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.
